Obituary of Shirley Genevieve Johnston

Peacefully, on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Bobier Villa, Shirley Genevieve Johnston, formerly of Clachan, passed away at the age of 93. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harold Ernest Johnston (1982). Loving mother of Patricia Johnston of Vancouver, British Columbia, Linda (Terry) Buker of Salmon Arm, British Columbia, S. Jean Johnston of Glencoe and Cliff (Wanda) Johnston of Clachan. Cherished grandmother of Jodi and Kim Buker, Craig Johnston and Matt (Antonia) Johnston. Great-grandmother of Madison Johnston. Shirley is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the last surviving child of Herbert and Flora Lovell. Predeceased by her siblings Elsie Campbell and Harry Lovell. Relatives and friends will be received at DENNING’S OF RODNEY, 212 Furnival Road, Rodney (519-785-0810) on Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 11 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 1 p.m. Interment in McLean Cemetery.
