It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Willie (nee Grey) announce her passing on December 16, 2019 in her 75th year.

Loving wife to Alphonse of 51 years.  Proud mother of Jeff (Erin), Krista, and Laura (Kevin) Cross.  Cherished grandmother to Andrew, Bradley, Emma, Anna, Jake, and Ryan.

Predeceased by her parents Donald and Elsie, brother Ted and nephew Donald Grey.  Also predeceased by brothers and sisters-in-law Theresa (Schnekenburger), Leo, Joe, Richard, and Elizabeth (Popovich).

Barb enjoyed her 38 years at the Royal Bank in Rodney building friendships with coworkers and members of the community.  During retirement she became passionate about her flower gardens, which she enjoyed with her morning cup of coffee.  Barb treasured time spent with her grandchildren and was filled with joy when her family was home together.

Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at Denning's of Rodney 212 Furnival Road, Rodney on Thursday, December 19th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place Friday, December 20th at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the New Glasgow Cemetery.
