Obituary of Anna Elisabeth Jones

Anna Elisabeth Jones (nee Mauderli) of Corunna, Ontario, born 1932 in Olten, Switzerland passed away at St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022.  Predeceased by her parents, Fritz and Frieda Mauderli, sister Cornelia Mauderli, brothers; Fritz and Willy Mauderli of Switzerland.

Survived by husband Robert Jones, daughter Arlene (Randy), stepdaughter Pam (Paul), numerous stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews in Cananda and Switzerland.

Also survived by in-laws Trudy Baumgartner, Ken (Mary) Jones, Bev (Bruce) Payne and predeceased by sister-in-law Donna (Len) Armstrong.  

Anna was well loved and well respected by all who knew her.  She loved animals, teaching exercise clases for seniors in Corunna and helping people whereever she could.  

A private family service for Anna will take place.  Although the service is limited to family only, you are welcome to view the service online at www.westelginfuneralhome.com on Friday, January 14thth, 2022 at 1 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the St. Joseph's Hospice, Sarnia or the Sarnia-Lambton Humane Society would be appreciated as your expression of sympathy.
