Peacefully, at the house he called home for over 20 years, William Joseph “Willie” Lang of Rodney at the age of 66.  Predeceased by his wife Nancy (2008).

Dear father of Bill (Carrie), Johnny (Amanda) and Dan (Carley).  Predeceased by his parents John and Jean and his sister Linda Lang.  Survived by his sister Carol Brand and his brother John Lang.

Willie was truly a jack of all trades.  He was well known in the West Elgin area as the go to guy for all repairs.  After working for many years in the Toronto area, he returned back home to be closer to his family and enjoy the company of his many friends.  He loved a good game of cards, a cold beer, a smoke (back in the day) and great tunes in the background to compliment the gathering of people who he enjoyed spending time with.

Willie’s wish was to be cremated and tossed in barrel and thrown over Niagara Falls with a smoke sticking out of the top.  But before we do that, we will have a Celebration of Life on Novemer 26, 2022 at 1 pm at Denning's of Rodney.
