Obituary of Nina May Hurdle
On Monday, April 16, 2018, Nina May Hurdle (née Dill) peacefully passed away at Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville, in her 88th year. Survived by her husband, Edgar Hurdle of Chelsey Park, London and sister-in-law, Shirley Ross. Predeceased by her parents William and Lillie Dill and brothers and sisters; Bruce Dill, Florence Moore, Isabel Ripley, Gladys Shipley, Frank Dill, Alma Leitch, Elva Pattison and Alice Paterson. Nina will be missed by many nieces, nephews and their extended families. Nina worked many years as a registered nurse and was also always very active in local church and community activities. Special thanks to the caregivers at Babcock for their skills and dedication. Relatives and friends will be received at DENNING’S OF RODNEY, 212 Furnival Road, Rodney (519-785-0810) on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment of ashes in McLean-Purcell Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Four Counties Hospital Foundation or Babcock Resident Council.
