Ruth,
I just heard today, and am so sorry to hear about Jack's passing. Although the obituary did not include Oceana and Rayla, Gary's daughters, as his grandchildren, they are. Please know that even though they hadn't seen him for the greater part of their lives due to distance and other circumstances, that they both loved their grandfather very much and wished they had more opportunities to be with both of you. Hopefully they will be able to come to Canada soon so the 3 of you can reunite. Gary moved back to Calif., and is very ill himself, and even though we divorced years ago, I seem to be the only one that can always find him, so I will reach him to let him know. I'm sorry so much time has gone by without communicating, but you are always in our thoughts, prayers and hearts. Be well, and now the next chapter for the amazing woman you are... Love, Corey

Dear Carol,
Dean and I wish to extend our deepest condolences for the loss of your Father. Our prayers and blessings go out to you and your family.
May you find peace in the many blessed memories of his life that will carry you forward from the heartache of today. Wrap yourself within his loving arms, for they are still there, and always shall be to shelter you from your tears of sorrow. Celebrate the gifts of his life’s journey, his laughter and guidance taught, his love as a Father to a daughter, a grandfather and great-grandfather, never to be forgotten, but lived on through you and the children.
May you be surrounded by love and light and granted the peace of knowing he shall ever be remembered in the hearts of many. Please know we are here for you should you need anything.
~Blessed Be~

Dear Ruth, Carol and family.
My sincerest condolences for the loss of your husband, father & grandfather. John was such a sweet man, always with a smile, a helping hand, and a funny story to tell. He so enjoyed shopping, cooking and caring for Ruth while he could and was so very sad when he could not. Saturday, late afternoons, was their "date night" when they would go shopping and do whatever it was they did, it was way cute! Checking to make sure the kitchen light was on around dinner time, for me, became a habit that will be very sad and hard to break.
I will miss you my friend and my prayers will be with your family during this difficult time.
Pam
